The Long Beach municipal mulch yard is located in the Willow Springs Park parking lot at 2755 Orange Ave (between Willow St. and Spring St.).

We Deliver

Residents can pick mulch up at Willow Springs Park or schedule a delivery through the City of Long Beach.

Mulch Delivery Program

The partnership between CCLB and the City of Long Beach allows residents to help in the process of transforming green waste into nutrient-rich mulch. Residents can benefit from this program by enhancing their landscaping, reducing weeds, and conserving water - all at no cost. Mulch can be picked up at Willow Springs Park or delivered by CCLB.
